[mythtv-users] Can mythweb be run on seperate machine?

This may sound like a dumb question, but can I run mythweb on a machine
completely separate from my backend/frontend box?  I already have a
debian apache server with PHP and everything else, and would rather use
that then burdening my myth box.  The docs don't seem to offer much
advice here.
 
If I can run on an independent box, what components of myth do I need?
Do I need frontend or backend or just mythweb?
