I had this problem. If you want to solve it then you need to enable
frame buffer support into your kernel. I forget exactly where in the
config it is. The module that needs to be compiled is fbcon-cfb32.o i
believe... of course, I could be mistaken... I am working on the
tv-out of my 350, IT LOOKS GREAT so far... but it crashes my system
every once in a while (like every 10 minutes LOL)
I guess another way to fix it if you are not using the framebuffer stuff
for tv-out might be to just remove the module from the
/lib/modules/2.4.??/ tree.
