[mythtv-users] ERROR 1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax near "WHEREuser='root'' at line 1

So VERY close to a successful Mythtv install. I did
mostly cut-and-paste commands from Jarod's install
document. I did make an error in doing an exact
cut-and-paste of "UPDATE user SET
Password=PASSWORD('ROOT_PWD') WHEREuser='root';" and
not changing 'ROOT_PWD' to a real password.

When I tried submitting the command again I get the
following error "ERROR 1064: You have an error in your
SQL syntax near "WHEREuser='root'' at line 1". 

When I attempt the "FLUSH PRIVILEGES" command, the
system returns an "Error 1045: Access denied for user:
'@localhost' (Using password: NO)"

Any suggestions for a fix? Thank you.
