I'm not sure if XvMC would work on a secondary display in TwinView
(non-mirrored) mode. It does appear you have two separate X sessions,
as a TwinView setup would be more like:

Section "Device"
	Identifier "Videocard0"
	Driver "nvidia"
	VendorName "PNY"
BoardName "nVidia GeForce 4 MX 440"
	Option "RenderAccel" "1"
	# TV Out Setup
	Option "TwinView"
	Option "TwinViewOrientation" "RightOf"
	Option "SecondMonitorHorizSync" "30-50"
	Option "SecondMonitorVertRefresh" "60"
	Option      "MetaModes" "1600x1200, 1024x768; 1024x768, 1024x768;
800x600, 800x600; 640x480, 640x480;"
	Option "TVStandard" "NTSC-M"
	Option "TVOutFormat" "SVIDEO"
	Option "TVOverScan" "0.6"
EndSection

You could at least give it a shot. To get Myth onto the TV, you'll need
to tell it in the setup to use Xinerama screen 1 (instead of 0).
Someone else has a setup like this working just recently, though I'm
not sure if he'd compiled Myth w/the XvMC support.
