This is the QT Mysql driver, you need to re-emerge QT with Mysql in your 
use flags.  Also make sure you have a relatively up to date portage tree 
by typing 'emerge rsync' first as some people had reported problems with 
the Mysql QT driver under gentoo several weeks ago.
