[mythtv-users] for the next version

hi,

I have a guggestion for the next version of mythtv. As it seems the 
installation of mythtv is hardcoded to /usr/local, but I'd like to install it 
to some other path. Normally I can pass a prefix to the configure script to 
install an application to a path of my choice. But in mythtv the configure 
script has almost no parameters. Of course all plugins have to get the same 
option.

What do you think about this suggestion? Should be no problem, should it?
