very nice!
I'd like to hear more. Both about the sw and hw side of the project.

I'm currently using a combined back-frontend on an epia m10k with a  
pvr250 card, but it's just too noisy to have in the living room because  
of the all the heat from the pvr250 and the 7200rpm hd, so your setup  
would be a very interresting alternative...
