Yes, there are several different record types and other options
to control which showings you want to record.

single - to record Batman 11/28/03 at 10AM on channel xx only
weekslot - to record Batman on Fridays at 10AM on channel xx
timeslot - to record any day Batman is at 10AM on channel xx
channel - to record Batman anytime is it shown on channel xx
anytime - to record every Batman on channel xx, yy or whereever

If the listing include subtitles and descriptions, you can
choose whether or not you want to record duplicates.

The Linux drivers from www.nvidia.com includes a README that
explains how to configure lots of possibilities with multiple
outputs.
