I *think* it should work okay.  If your main sound card has dsp0 and you 
have 2 bttv cards w/btaudio, then you should get dsp1/dsp2 for the 
first bttv card and dsp3/dsp4 for the second.  Keep in mind that the 
btaudio module may not support the passing of all options correctly to 
multiple cards, but if you're not specifying any module options I think 
it'll work okay.
