[mythtv-users] Processor requirements

Does anyone have an idea what the minimum processor requirements is to run 
MythTV with a WinTV Hauppauge PVR-350?  I know it does MPEG-2 
encoding/decoding and this is where the majority of processing power is 
needed.

Also, does it transcode well using the onboard coding?

Any help would be appreciated.
