[mythtv-users] myth setup

Has anyone had the problem of after installing mythtv, there is no
executable setup file in the setup directory?

I have reinstalled the cvs and tarball a couple times.  Still no setup
file.
This is what i did.
# tar ?xjf mythtv-0.12.tar.bz2
# cd mythtv-0.12
# ./configure
# qmake mythtv.pro
# make
# su
# make install

and
# mkdir mythtv
# cd mythtv
# cvs ?d :pserver:mythtv at cvs.mythtv.org:/var/lib/mythcvs login
Logging in to :pserver:mythtv at cvs.mythtv.org:/var/lib/mythcvs
CVS password: mythtv
# cvs ?z3 ?d :pserver:mythtv at cvs.mythtv.org:/var/lib/mythcvs checkout
mythtv
