[mythtv-users] Satellite receiver options and low speed data connection

Jason,

I'm using the Sony SAT-A55.  It was a hand me down so I can't complain 
about the price but the sound has never been right.  After a little 
while it sounds like everyone is in a tin can.  It's tolerable, just a 
little annoying.

No need for the IR blaster.  The low speed data port takes care of it 
all.  If you use the SAT-A55, use the sony.pl script to change channels 
located here:
