[mythtv-users] Red Hat Linux 9 & ATrpms install guide update posted

There's a new rev posted. I think most people's lirc problems were due 
to a missing line, so half the necessary files weren't getting 
installed. Instructions for using Axel's new nvidia rpms are also 
included, along with numerous other little updates.
