I have the same question , but I'm using the EPIA motherboard
(the old one, not the 'M'). I have the driver from here:
http://www.blackfiveservices.co.uk/EPIATVOut.shtml.

The BIOS screens perfectly fit the TV raster, but once X starts
up it's all wrong. A few hours of hacking XF86Config didn't
get me anywhere :(
