[mythtv-users] MythGame - configuring 2 usb Sidewinder Joysticks

I've been unsuccessful trying to get my USB Sidewinder
gamepad working in MythGame. I have a Shuttle SN41G2.
Loaded usbcore, usb-ohci, input, hid, joydev &
sidewinder modules. 

I have the following devices
/dev/input/js0 c 13 0
/dev/input/js1 c 13 1
/dev/input/js2 c 13 2
/dev/input/js3 c 13 3
