Shouldn't make a difference unless you're trying to boot off the 180Gb
which I doubt you are (you're booting off the 20Gb right?). Linux quite
easily accesses large harddrives without any BIOS issues.

The main issue is getting older BIOSes to recognise large drives and
boot off them. At worst simply disable the hard drive detection on the
180Gb. Linux will still find it once booted off the 20Gb.
