[mythtv-users] Problem with apt-get install mythtv-suite

I'm attempting to install mythtv (0.12) and I am getting stuck right about
here:

[root at lava root]# apt-get install mythtv-suite
Reading Package Lists... Done

distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.

Any suggestions?  This is a redhat 9.0 system.
