[mythtv-users] lircrc & alt keys

[MythTV at C4L]

I looked just about everywhere I can think of to get this working.  How
do you setup the ~/.mythtv/lircrc "Power" button for a Hauppauge "grey"
remote when you have Myth setup to use "Alt-Esc" or "Ctrl-Esc" when you
use lirc compiled into Myth?

I've looked at the lirc web site.  Nothing about "Alt" except when using
irxevent, and that doesn't seem to work here.
