LPP works fine for me using 2.4.21-rc4. I grabbed the version from
http://lpp-themes.sourceforge.net/. I also threw together (many months
ago) a quick image (see http://www.foofus.net/m0j0/). Nothing fancy, but
feel free to give it a shot.
