Well, then I'll keep posting my progress.
I don't mind writing up docs - I'm testing myth for a couple of
coworkers, anyway... I'd eventually like to make up a myth-based
distro for those of us who don't intend to use the machine for anything
else.
As for my starting distro, I went with redhat 9. Redhat because I know
how to use it and have access to some really knowledgeable redhat
people, and 9 because I needed the latest XFree86 to get the video (and
maybe sound) drivers for the pundit. (now if only I could figure out
how to get the flash memory reader to work so I can hook it into myth's
photo gallery)
I've also been messing with the mythtv rpms - nice job on them.
Hopefully I can make up some rpm's for the other pieces of myth, too
(unless someone has already done that. too).
