Yes, I usually keep quite up to date (mainly because I'm so hungry for
all the new features ;) but hadn't been able to recently.  I thought it
might lead to problems.  Anyway, I've now manually worked through both
the 0.7-to-0.8.sql and the cvs.sql files and got everything working
again.
