Sounds like your database is not in line with the current schema.  cvs.sql is 
_only_ for people following cvs fairly closely.  I take changes out of 
cvs.sql every so often.  People only updating CVS occasionally need to look 
and see what's changed in 0-7-to-0-8.sql and make those changes manually.
