Could you update your CVS checkout, run setup again, and say yes to the first 
question (clear your capturecard settings)?  You can say no to the second, 
and keep all your existing program data.  You'll need to resetup the capture 
card and card input mappings, but that shouldn't take much time.  That should 
clear up the error message.
