I'm using the K7S5A with a PVR-250 and it's working great, although I
will warn you up front, go to their website and grab the latest bios
revision, otherwise linux seems to not like it.

Also up until the 2.4.21 kernel the sis 735 chipset had issues with
the IDE controller, so slack the latest kernel on there too and make
sure to compile with the SIS/IDE options..  I'm using slackware 9.0
btw...

Oh and this is the regular model not the "ultra".
