[mythtv-users] Live TV on second Backend while recording?

I have 2 backends each with 1 tuner.
A frontend runs on each backend.
Can I watch Live TV on a backend that's currently recording
something using the other backend's tuner?
I don't see anything in the HOWTO about this.
Also does the SnapStream IR Blaster work okay w/LIRC?
