Sorry for the somewhat off-topic discussion, but since I had received 
some interesting replies to my initial query, looking for a cheap atx 
case that could easily handle a large number of drive, I thought I would 
post my best find to date:

This is a double width server case on casters that can handle eleven 
5.25" drives and 7 3.5" drives for only $187

As I said originally, this is just for my home use, so price is the 
first consideration.

FWIW, I ended up doing a "brute force google search". ;-) Which amounted 
to doing searches on keyword ATX and the phrase "?? drive bays" where ?? 
ranged from 15 to 20.  This seemed to be the best option out of the 
results I could find, though a close runner up was a couple of Lian Li 
cases that could handle 15 drives.
