No, I'm saying that the European companies have made it somewhat easy to 
use a PCI DVB card
to recieve signals with the proper decryption on a PC.  There's lots of 
different cards you can get over
there.  Even modules to plug in that allow the encryption card to be 
plugged in to recieve scrambled
signals.  the US based DSS companies are probably under extreme pressure 
from content providers to
prevent ANY digital captures of their program content to prevent 
distribution.  Of course they want
you to PAY for it.  Like any of it is good enough to want to snag.... 
 besides I already pay for a monthly
subscription, I shouldn't have to pay again.
