Keep in mind that MythGame hasn't really seen much development, or even
maintenance, apart from the global effor to get rid of text-based config
files and make the add-ons into plugins.  Isaac's solution is the only one
available, until someone steps up to actively develop MythGame.  The other
plugins seem to be reasonably consistent with their keybindings.
