[mythtv-users] MythTV (CVS) is still not executing myexternalchannel changing script

Does MythTV only change the channel if the channel is different from the
last recorded program?

example:  I just recorded something from TechTV (channel 354), will it
simply ignore the external channel changer because the last time it changed
the channel it was on 354?  Follow me?
