Yes.

OSD is On Screen Display. These are the overlays while you
are watching video. The OSD theme is separate from the menu
themes and selected in Setup->TV Settings->Playback since
these apply only to MythTV and not other modules.

This the size of the thumbnail in the Gallery. All the themes
are scalable.
