[mythtv-users] Asus Pundit and Interlaced output, part II

Ok, I've made some progress with my interlaced output
problems on my Pundit.

I've changed my X resolution to be 640x480
I'm assuming that was part of the problem, since I
have my capture resolution to 480x480.

While I think the output looks better, it's still not
quite right. It looks somewhat like the first
screenshot at http://www.100fps.com/ in high motion
scenes. (which would indicate that some sort of
resizing is going on) In 800x600 resolution, the
video looked more like the second screenshot.

If my capture resolution and X resolution are both
480, vertically, there shouldn't be any vertical
resizing occurring which would mess up interlacing,
right? Is there something special I have to put in
my XF86Config file to get my interlaced output looking
*good* ?

What are you other Pundit people using for your
settings?

thanks!
