Running the latest version of LIRC with IRman support, Myth 0.9.  The
remote is working fine, but I am not getting any key repeats - in other
words, I would like it to fast forward as long as I have the appropriate
button pressed down.  I know I could get similar results with sticky
keys.

Is this possible?  Any suggestions for accomplishing this?
