[mythtv-users] Schedule bug maybe?

I'm not the author of the scheduling code (or any MythTV code, for that
matter), but this seems like the behavior I would expect from the
'timeslot' option.
You should be able to keep Suzzy Orman from recording on Sundays by
navigating to the Conflict Resoution screen for the shows in question,
selecting the option to always use the preference you're going to choose,
and choose to record the Sopranos.
Of course, I'm not sure how your wife is going to feel about the
situation...

Sorry if this has been posted already, maybe someone can point me to the
post if so.
Now that I am using myth more and more I have noticed something that either
could be a bug or I am just doing
something wrong.
I will use The Sopranos as an example. I have it setup to record on Sunday
at 7:00 with the "Record this
program in this timeslot every week" option. My wife wants to record Suzzy
Orman on Saturday at 7:00. This is
a problem because since there is also a Suzzy Orman on at 7:00 on Sundays,
it conflicts.
This seems to be a problem because there is not an option to tell it to
only record on that DAY in that time
slot every week. You can only say record in that time slot.
Am I doing something wrong?
