As far as I know there is no way to send those keys through irxevent. In the meantime as a workaround and before a better fix you can use: F9 = Mute F10 = Vol- F11= Vol+ now works only with TV. configure yopur .lircrc in that way (at the desired key): config = Key F9 CurrentWindow If anybody knows a better solution, let me know ;-) Ramon.
