Is anyone working on a project that would add functionality to pull down 
   on-line content (ie. MP3's, RealAudio, etc.) files of your favorite 
programs (for example, NPR's "All Things Considered" or Pacificas "Off 
The Hook" etc.) for latter playback?

This way something that is only available in the RealAudio format could 
be pulled down when network traffic is generally low (hopefully giving 
you a better quality program) and then buffer it up for playback later 
when the user is ready to watch it.
