[mythtv-users] Weird Problem

I'm having this weird problem that i can't figure out.
 
I'm using a Duron 900Mhz with a SAA7134 tvtuner (Terratec Synergy 400)
with Debian unstable, latest debs for mythtv (0.9.1). 
 
The problem is that some recordings do not have audio at all and between
recordings the audio level sometimes fluctuates. One recording is loud
while the other is very soft. It's also a random thing, it's not like
that the volume is building up or going down. One recording is silent
the other is very loud and so on and so on. I've been having this
problem for awhile now and I hoped it would have been solved with 0.9.
But i think i ruled Mythtv out as the problem. Maybe drivers ?? I'm
using the latest drivers from bytesex.org with kernel 2.4.20.
 
Anyone with the same problem ??? Hopefully with a solution.
