[mythtv-users] Bit rate oddity?

What exactly are your settings for the MPEG4 codec then? Could the min
and max quality settings be causing the unexpectedly large filesize? Is
myth even having the compression libraries do variable bit rate? Is the
setting then for Min, average, or max bitrate?
