I have seen people custom make LCD's and have them display anything from the
MP3's that are currently playing, system temps, processor load, to the
matrix screensaver thing. I think the possibilities of that are endless. If
you want a cheap place to buy a lcd go to www.bgmicro.com. They have a 40x2
LCD for $4.95, then of course you will need to build the interface.
