Here's what an Asus Pundit looks like. I purchased most of the components
from Newegg and took advantage of some deals I saw at forums.anandtech.com
and techbargains.com (512MB PC2100 for $20, 120GB hd for $50)

It has a PVR-250 and an AverMedia TV Capture 98 card; using a Celeron 2.4Ghz
and the built-in TV Out. Board is $180, chip was $89.
