[mythtv-users] What chipsets are good for AMD MB's?

Selecting a motherboard for this project, trying to decide what's the
best motherboard.

Looking primarily at AMD boards, want to keep memory bandwidth and FSB
up so that
I can run two tuners in the future.

I've been looking mostly at KT400 VIA chipsets, as I have heard they are
easier to
setup on Linux. Can anyone comment on that? Is the nForce2 chipset
boards as
hard to setup as I've heard? I'd like the onboard Lan on the
motherboard to work at least.

Iv'e been looking at an Epox 8K9AI w/KT400 chipset, and VIA nic that
supposedly runs
with the VIA-rhine driver.

Also looked at a Gigabyte 7VAX as well, but I don't like some of the
BIOS features as much
on that one.

My main goal on this MB selection is the smoothest install w/
Mandrake9.1 possible, while keeping
performance very high for future demands.

Thanks,
Mark
