[mythtv-users] Video freezing

Thanks Isaac. The 480x480 gets rid of the freezing. Popping up any OSD causes 
it to get pretty jittery, however. I also dropped the bitrate on ivtv to 
4000000 (8000000 peak).

I'll the the CVS version later today.
