For mythtv 0.9.1, you can't use any xmltv versions newer than 0.5.10.  You 
need to upgrade to mythtv 0.10, wipe your channel/program tables, and re-run 
mythfilldatabase.  If you're going to use xmltv 0.5.15, you need to be using 
mythtv CVS.
