[mythtv-users] Finetuning Channels

I'm using mythtv 0.10. I noticed in the database channel-table a column
called finetune. But I can't find a way to tune the channels. I have
very bad signal-quality (kwintv and xawtv quality is better)
Is there a way to tune the channels, or, what kind of values do I have
to fill in the database ? Can I use the finetune values from kwintv or
another tv-app ?
