The only thing I would recommend is watch out for cards that display PAL
by default. I got a bargain bin geforce4 se from Frys for $29 (after
rebate) and was surprised that it defaulted to PAL and required a jumper
change to hit NTSC. Although that jumper did not physically exist. 

I eventually went with the Leadtek A180 DDR TDH. I'm quite happy and it
was < $100. Its AGP and also has DVI.
