What version of Myth are you running?  The latest CVS version has reworked
the Myth window hierarchy so that everything is contained in a single
window, which would probably work with the setup you described above
('mythfrontend' instead of 'CurrentWindow').  I can't remember if this was
introduced in 0.9 or later (I think later, so that would mean it's only in
CVS).  If you have qualms about using the CVS version, Isaac has promised
0.10 very soon (possibly this week).
