[mythtv-users] Channel Scanner

Hello,

is there a channel scanner for tv cards out there? A program that
scanns all frequencies for valid tv broadcasts and then creates a
list for all channels/frequencies found. I don't know what I
should look for, thats why I ask here. I.e the Hauppauge
WinTV2000 Software under M$ Win can do this in the Station
Manager (or what they call it).
