Let me refine my statement:

with 4 PCI slots due to the restrictions in the microATX spec"

There, that about covers it. Incidentally, if you need firewire, as I did,
look at the Shuttle MN31/N:

Onboard Firewire, GeForce 4MX onboard (dual), Dual DDR 333mHz, NForce2. One
downside that another list member pointed out was the lack of serial connect
on the backplane due to the placement of the VGA connecters. Shuttle does
include a slot-cover connector for them or you can jury-rig something, just
be informed. Overclocking isn't supported as heavily, but some options
exist. It has been very stable for me and would recommend it easily.
