If you can find a board which has onboard VGA and no additional AGP slot,
it might have 4 PCI slots.  My microATX (MSI KM2M Combo-L) board has 1AGP
+ 3PCI.

However, searching at NewEgg doesn't turn up any microATX board with 4 PCI
slots, but there are quite a few with 3 PCI slots so I doubt that a
microATX 4 PCI slotted system exists...
