Is this the adapter you're talking about?  The WGA11B?

I'm surprised they don't also say that it works with PCs and only market
it for anything with an ethernet port.  Although I guess for most
customers they would just sell one of their PCI or USB cards, but being
driverless the WGA11B definitely has benefits for Linux users.

It seems that also the products they market as "Wireless Ethernet Bridges"
do the same thing but also seem to cost more than the products marketed as
gaming adapters.
