mythtv-suite requires the following to exist in your rpm database:

mythtv >= 0.13
mythtv-backend >= 0.13
mythtv-frontend >= 0.13
mythmusic >= 0.13
mythvideo >= 0.13
mythweb >= 0.13
mythweather >= 0.13
mythgallery >= 0.13
mythgame >= 0.13
mythdvd >= 0.13
mythnews >= 0.13
mythbrowser >= 0.13
mythtv-theme-photo >= 3
mythtv-theme-purplegalaxy >= 0.20030623
mythtv-theme-visor >= 0.20030711
mythmkmovie >= 1.0.1
mysql-server
mysql

You can either
o not install mythtv-suite, but only the mythcomponents you want, e.g.
  apt-get instal mythtv mythtv-backend mythtv-frontend ...
o Build your software and package it (recommended).

Just out of curiosity, why rebuild Apache/MySQL/PHP?
